Furniture Corner and Edge Protectors for Toddlers: What Worked for Us

As soon as our son began walking, we were faced with another problem. In the beginning, he walked slowly and fell down at times, which was expected. But once his steps became more stable and firm, he began running around. That changed everything.

Suddenly, the corners of tables and teapoys in our house became a constant worry. There was one tea poi right in the centre of the hall, and we were particularly concerned about him falling and hitting its corners or edges. The risk felt very real.

At one point, we even considered moving the tea poi altogether.

Before doing that, we decided to look for a solution online.

After some time, however, he lost interest. Once that phase passed, the protectors stayed where they were, and the problem resolved itself.

They do not eliminate risk completely, but they reduce it significantly and make everyday life a little less stressful.
